Nsukka local Government Area of Enugu state Nigeria. The young man has being identifed as
Tobechukwu who is said to be an electrician irrespective of his department. A guy who saw him this morning who has pleaded to be anonymous said that he (deceased) had a problem which he needed money to solve but ended up killing himself. Hummmm...-)
